Three packages, clear deliverables
Every package includes the discovery call, data gathering, diagnosis report, action plan, implementation support and closing review described on our process page. The difference between packages is scope: how many revenue streams we analyse, how many team interviews we conduct and how many weeks of implementation support you receive.

Add-ons and retainer options
Some clients need ongoing support after the engagement ends. Others want a specific piece of work that sits outside the standard packages. Here is what we offer beyond the three core plans.
Quarterly retainer
After your engagement closes, you can move to a quarterly retainer of £1,200 + VAT per quarter. This gives you a 90-minute strategy call each month, priority email support (response within four business hours) and one updated financial review per quarter. The retainer runs on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice to cancel.
One-off workshops
We run half-day workshops on pricing strategy, team structure and cash flow forecasting. Each workshop is designed for groups of 4 to 10 people and costs £950 + VAT. We prepare a custom slide deck based on your industry and send a written summary of agreed actions within 48 hours of the session.
Board presentation
If you need us to present findings or a growth plan directly to your board, investors or advisory panel, we prepare a 20-minute presentation with supporting data and attend the meeting (in person or by video). This is included in the Scale package and available as an add-on for £650 + VAT on Focus or Growth.
Custom scope
Company larger than 120 people? Need a scope that spans two entities or multiple geographies? Call us on +44 7234 882824 or email [email protected] and we will prepare a bespoke proposal within five working days. We quote a fixed fee for every project; we do not bill by the hour.
Payment terms and guarantee
How payment works
We split the fee into two equal instalments. The first is due when you sign the engagement letter, before data gathering begins. The second is due at the midpoint of implementation support. We accept bank transfer (BACS or Faster Payments) and issue VAT invoices for each instalment.
Satisfaction checkpoint
After you receive the diagnosis report (roughly week 3), we hold a checkpoint conversation. If you feel the diagnosis does not reflect reality or that we have missed the mark, you can end the engagement at that point. We will refund the second instalment in full and you keep the diagnosis report. We have offered this checkpoint since 2019 and it has been used twice in over 140 engagements.
What is not included
Our fees cover consulting time, report preparation, templates and implementation calls. They do not cover third-party costs such as software licences, recruitment agency fees or legal advice. If we recommend a tool or service that has a cost, we will flag it in the action plan with an estimated price so there are no surprises. Travel outside Northern Ireland is charged at actual cost (economy rail or standard mileage rate) and invoiced separately.
